We currently ship within the US. International shipping is something we're working on — reach out via our contact page if you need it and we'll see what we can do.

Can I time the delivery?

We can't guarantee exact delivery dates. Processing takes ~5 business days, then shipping takes another ~5 business days, so order at least three weeks before a birthday or anniversary.

Can I watch them solve it remotely?

Absolutely — ask them to hop on a video call when the package arrives. Choose Easy for a quick reveal or Hard for a longer solve, and it works great as a live unboxing moment. You get to watch their reaction in real time, even from thousands of miles away.
