The long distance gift problem
Shipping a gift to someone far away usually means choosing between something generic (gift card, flowers) or something that's hard to get right without being there to see their reaction.
Puzzlegram bridges that gap. You can record a video of yourself, write a personal message, or attach a gift card — and the person on the other end experiences a real moment of discovery when they solve the puzzle and scan the code. It's the closest thing to handing them something face-to-face.
Why it works for long distance
Your face, your voice
Upload a video and they'll see you on their phone the moment they scan. For long distance couples, friends, or family — hearing your voice through a puzzle you sent is genuinely moving.
Ships directly to them
Enter their address at checkout. The puzzle arrives in a gift-ready box with an optional printed note — no need to wrap or re-ship anything.
Timezone-proof
Unlike a video call that requires scheduling, this waits for them. They open the box, solve the puzzle, and watch your video whenever they want. You don't need to be awake.
Feels like effort
Because it is. You chose the message, recorded a video, maybe uploaded a photo. That effort comes through. It doesn't feel like you just clicked "send gift card."
Ideas for long distance puzzles
For your partner
Record a "thinking of you" video, write something you wouldn't say in a text, or upload a photo from the last time you were together. The puzzle makes it feel like an event.
For family
Grandparents, parents, siblings in another state. A video from the grandkids, a message from across the country, or a gift card to their favorite local spot.
For milestones you can't attend
Graduation, promotion, new baby, housewarming — when you can't be there for the big moment, send something that carries more weight than a card.
Questions about long distance gifting
Can I ship it internationally?
We currently ship within the US. International shipping is something we're working on — reach out via our contact page if you need it and we'll see what we can do.
Can I time the delivery?
We can't guarantee exact delivery dates, but standard processing plus shipping usually takes about a week. Order early for specific dates like birthdays or anniversaries.
Can I watch them solve it remotely?
Absolutely — ask them to hop on a video call when the package arrives. The puzzle takes about 15–30 minutes to solve, so it works great as a live unboxing moment. You get to watch their reaction in real time, even from thousands of miles away.
