We ship the puzzle
A gift-ready box arrives with the unassembled puzzle inside. No wrapping needed. Include a printed note in the box if you want.

They assemble the puzzle, revealing a QR code. Scanning it unlocks a reveal page showing your message, any media you uploaded, and the gift card they just earned.

How does the gift card get delivered?
The gift card is digital. When the recipient scans the completed QR code puzzle, they see a reveal page with your message, any media you uploaded, and the gift card details including a redemption code or link.
What if they can't finish the puzzle?
It's designed to be a fun challenge, not a frustrating one. Most people solve it in about 15–30 minutes.
Can I change the gift card amount after ordering?
The gift card amount and retailer are locked after purchase since we buy the card immediately. But you can update the message, photo, or video anytime using your manage link.
Is the gift card added to the puzzle price?
Yes. You pay the puzzle price ($25.00) plus the gift card amount. So a $50 Amazon gift card puzzle would be $25.00 + $50.
