How the QR code actually works
Each puzzle is designed so the assembled image forms a scannable QR code. The pieces have to be arranged correctly before the code can reveal what you set up.
When all pieces are in place, you point your phone camera at it and it works just like any QR code. It opens a URL, and that URL leads to whatever content you set up: a message, a video, a gift card reveal, or a link to any website.
Three ways to use it
💌 Digital Card
Write a message and optionally attach a photo or video. The QR code opens a reveal page showing exactly what you wrote.
🎁 Gift Card
Pick a retailer and amount. We attach a digital gift card to the QR code. They scan it and collect their gift.
🔗 Custom Link
Link the QR code to any URL — a YouTube video, a Spotify playlist, a Google Maps pin, a reservation, or anything with a web address.
What's in the box
The puzzle
Multiple interlocking pieces 3D-printed from thick, rigid material. The piece shapes are custom to the puzzle, so it feels different from a standard grid. The finished puzzle is roughly 6 inches square.
The QR code
When assembled correctly, any phone camera can scan the QR code. Each puzzle has a unique code linked to your content.
Gift-ready packaging
The puzzle ships in a compact box designed to be handed directly to someone. No wrapping needed. You can add a printed gift note that goes inside the box alongside the unassembled pieces.
A manage link
Every order includes a private URL that lets you update what the QR code reveals — change the message, swap a video, adjust the link — anytime, even after the puzzle has been solved.

How many pieces is the puzzle?
The puzzle has enough pieces to be a satisfying challenge without being overwhelming. Most people solve it in about 15–30 minutes — engaging enough to build anticipation, quick enough to stay fun.
Does the QR code actually scan?
Yes. When all pieces are correctly assembled, the QR code is fully functional and scannable with any phone camera. No special app needed.
Can I reuse the puzzle with different content?
Yes. The QR code always points to the same URL, but you can update what's behind it anytime. Swap the message, change the video, or even switch from a message to a gift card.
What size is the puzzle?
The puzzle measures approximately 6 inches square when assembled — compact enough to fit in a gift box but large enough that the QR code scans reliably.
