A QR code is a scannable pattern (like a square barcode) that instantly opens a link on your phone. To scan it, simply open your phone's camera app and point it at the completed puzzle—no special app required! A notification will pop up to take you to your surprise.

Yes. After you place your order, you'll get a private link that lets you update the digital reveal later. That means you can refresh the message, swap the destination link, or change the photo or video if you want to reuse or regift your Puzzlegram. For gift card orders, the gift amount itself stays the same.

Processing takes ~5 business days, then free standard shipping usually takes another ~5 business days within the US. Need it by a specific date? Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you whether we can make it.

Yes. You pay the puzzle price plus the gift card amount. A $50.00 Amazon gift card puzzle is $25.00 + $50.00 = $75.00. Shipping is free and no sales tax is added, so that's your full total.

Uploads can be up to 500 MB, with videos up to 3 minutes.

We accept most common formats — MP4, MOV, and WebM all work. If you record it on your phone, it'll work.

Record a video on your phone, upload it while building your Puzzlegram, and we'll ship the physical puzzle to you or straight to them. The recipient solves and scans it to watch your video in their browser.

Yes. You can upload either a photo or a video (or skip media entirely and just use a text message). The choice is yours.

The reveal page is one-way — they see your message, but there's no reply mechanism built in. If you want a conversation, include your contact info in the message.

Yes. When all pieces are correctly assembled, the QR code is fully functional and scannable with any phone camera. No special app needed.

We currently ship within the US. International shipping is something we're working on — reach out via our contact page if you need it and we'll see what we can do.

We can't guarantee exact delivery dates. Processing takes ~5 business days, then shipping takes another ~5 business days, so order at least three weeks before a birthday or anniversary.
